We don’t charge a commission, but only a one-time fee for the services we offer.

A security deposit is required when the contract is signed or when the accommodation is booked. It is returned at the end of the lease.

Generally, the minimum contract period is 6 months, as provided by the short-term lease contract for university students.

Our availability changes on the basis of university semesters. If you are looking for a bed/apartment for the new academic year, contact us from May onwards to have a wider range of options to choose from. Students looking for housing for the winter semester starting in January/February should contact us in December. We advise you, nonetheless, to contact us in other periods as well, as we might have vacancies.

The apartments can be either co-ed or male or female only. We always try to meet the needs of our guests, depending on availability.

There is no curfew. Students can access and leave the residences and apartments whenever they want.

As stated in the contract, it is forbidden to sublease, give away or transfer the assigned bed. Any breach thereof shall result in the termination of the contract.

Camplus Apartments offers two types of contract:

• the short-term lease contract duration (i.e. contratto transitorio) for a trainee/intern or young worker ranges from a minimum of 1 month to a maximum of 18 months

• the short-term lease contract duration (i.e. contratto transitorio)  for university students ranges from a minimum of 6 months to a maximum of 12 months.

Except for the Lanfranchi residence  - which is for males only -  men and women can both stay in the same residences and apartments. Yet, there might be apartments and residences with only female or male tenants, depending on the case.

Accommodation is included, but meals are not. Guests are fully independent in this regard and can use the kitchens to prepare their meals. Kitchen can be shared with other students or not, depending on the case.

Some facilities offer all-inclusive rate, including all  service charges, water, heating, waste tax, Internet and also a lump sum for electricity and gas. Other residences offer a Basic rate which generally includes service charges but not electricity, gas, waste tax and internet. Contact our local sales office to inquire about availability and rates.
