Camplus Palazzo Nuovo is located in the university district of Turin and is part of a larger redevelopment project involving the University of Turin. An "urban campus" settlement model in which the university buildings open up and integrate with the city context. The project involved the use of new technologies in the construction methods to meet the highest criteria of sustainability and energy saving.
The complex in which the new Camplus is located includes, in addition to the university buildings, premises for contracted commercial services and a multi-level underground car park.
The residence is divided into 90 single and double studio apartments, with a total of 114 beds. Each flat has its own kitchen and private bathroom.
There is also a reception, laundry, lift, air conditioning and Wi-Fi. The rent includes all utilities.
